- Free: 250 credits, one time, no card required.
- Starter: 2,500 credits a month at $49, or $39 a month billed annually.
- Growth: 12,500 credits a month at $199, or $159 a month billed annually.
- Scale: 45,000 credits a month at $599, or $479 a month billed annually.
- Enterprise: 200,000 or more credits at $2,499, with annual terms available.
What a credit buys
A study of 250 personas answering 15 questions on a new panel is 12,600 credits, which is $168 on Scale, $201 on Growth, and $247 on Starter.
- Persona generation: 20 credits per persona.
- Audience setup: 20 credits.
- Survey creation: 60 credits with AI, 10 credits when written manually.
- Responses: 2 credits per persona per question, plus a 20-credit run fee.
Rollover and billing
Unused credits roll forward for 12 months. Annual billing saves 20% against the monthly price. Checkout, invoicing, tax, and refunds are handled by Polar as Merchant of Record, with card processing by Stripe.
