How is the price of a study calculated?

A study uses credits from your balance. Survey responses cost 1 credit per persona per question. For example, 100 existing personas answering 10 questions use 1,000 credits, plus 3 for an AI-generated questionnaire: 1,003 credits in total, without image stimulus or real-time data. Creating new personas costs 2 credits each, charged once per new profile. Manual questionnaires and audience creation are free. Image stimulus costs 2 credits once per study, regardless of image count. Conjoint costs 5 credits per respondent; chat costs 1 credit per message per persona. Real-time data doubles only survey responses or conjoint respondents, not the other actions. There is no run fee. For a chat-only calculation, only chat messages count. The calculator shows total credits and a breakdown by action, not a dollar price. What you pay for credits depends on the pack or subscription you choose above.

How does pay as you go work?

Buy credits without a subscription: 250 for $12.50, 1,250 for $55.00, 6,000 for $225.00, 25,000 for $800.00. One-time payment. This does not start a subscription. Credits remain available for 12 months. Purchases happen in the app.

Do all plans include the same features?

Free, Starter, Growth and Scale include full platform access. Subscription plans set your monthly credit allowance and per-credit rate. Enterprise adds SSO, custom persona panels, volume pricing, and procurement-friendly contracting for larger research programmes.

Yes. Subscription credits and one-time credit packs remain available for 12 months from the date they are granted.

How does annual billing work?

You pay for a full year upfront, not month by month. Starter costs $756 per year, equivalent to $63/month, with 2,250 credits delivered each month; Growth costs $2,484 per year, equivalent to $207/month, with 8,500 credits delivered each month; Scale costs $7,284 per year, equivalent to $607/month, with 29,000 credits delivered each month. You do not receive the full year's credits upfront. Unused credits remain available for 12 months from the date they are granted. “Save 20%” is a rounded comparison with monthly billing; the listed yearly totals are the actual annual billing amounts.
