A plain account of where your data sits, who can touch it, and what we will not claim.
Who operates the platform
PersonaHive is operated by atelierR design studio Kft., a company registered in Hungary and subject to the GDPR. The Privacy Policy sets out the lawful bases we rely on, the retention periods we apply, and the data subject rights you can exercise at any time.
What data we process
Account and billing data identifies you as a customer. Research content is what you put into a study: the question, the audience definition, the stimulus, and the results generated against a synthetic panel.
Personas are not built from your data. They are generated from aggregated public statistics and national census distributions for the destination country, so a panel contains no identifiable individual and no behavioural records about real people.

- Polar Software, Inc. as Merchant of Record for checkout, billing, tax, invoicing, and refunds, with card processing by Stripe
- Resend, Inc. for transactional email delivery
Encryption and access
Traffic is served over HTTPS with TLS, and data at rest is encrypted by our infrastructure providers. Database access is governed by row-level security policies, so a request can only reach the records belonging to its authenticated account. Administrative access is limited to the people who need it and tied to individual accounts.
Reporting a vulnerability
Email founders@personahive.ai with enough detail to reproduce the issue, and give us a reasonable window to remediate before public disclosure. We do not pursue legal action against good-faith research that avoids privacy violations, service degradation, and access to data that is not your own.
What we do not claim
We publish no certification we have not completed. If your procurement process requires a specific attestation, questionnaire, or Data Processing Agreement, write to founders@personahive.ai and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot supply today.
